My original thought was to title this play list “Shadows and Shortcuts” but I tended not to use that second word, fearing it would suggest the length of the songs were short. In fact, the selections of songs here come in all different lengths and they have been my recent accompaniment for long nighttime walks on moonlit streets. While making my way towards a destination, choosing to avoid the roads well traveled, in favor of more private passages and side streets, where my only company were my thoughts, feelings, and the shadows all around me.
