The first Thirst of 2008 takes things in a new and different direction. “Double Feature” brings complete audio tracks from two Twilight Zone episodes, with ambient and electronic musical selections delicately dropped into key moments throughout the playback. The first episode “Five Characters in Search of an Exit” is the story of a clown, hobo, ballet dancer, bagpiper, and an army major who find themselves stuck together in a pit of darkness. The second episode, “The Lonely” is a futuristic story of a convicted criminal, serving solitary confinement on a asteroid millions of miles from Earth. I hope you find this submission of spoken word and sound an imaginative enhancement to the already engaging story lines in the Twilight Zone.
